Costs are per person to maintain impartiality.
Payments are to be made prior to work being undertaken .
Meetings will be online through MS Teams, What’s App or FaceTime unless otherwise requested.

Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting ( MIAM) £145.00
1.5 hour child mediation session £217.50
2 hour child mediation session £290.00
2 hour financial mediation £290.00
Drafting parenting plan including child arrangements £217.50- £290.00
Drafting an Open Financial Statement ( O.F.S.) £217.50- £290.00
Drafting of a Memorandum of Understanding ( M.O.U) £217.50- £290.00

Make an appointment

If an MOJ Voucher is applied for and is successful this voucher will be shared equally between the participants and the appropriate hourly fees will apply per participant.

e.g. £500 voucher £250 client A , £250 client B. Mediation session 1 – 1.5 hours . Client A – £145.00x 1.5 = £217.50 , Client B- £145.00 x 1.5 = £217.50. Remaining value of voucher = £500- £435 = £65 – £32.50 per person towards second mediation.

e.g. £500 voucher £250 client A , £250 client B. Mediation session 1 – 2 hours Client A – £145 x 2= £290 Client B – £145 x 2 = £290 each client would pay £40 in addition to the voucher. ( £250- £290= – £40).
